Development of procurement, expediting and quality plant of materials, equipment and services. We procure materials, equipment and services based on specifications and drawings prepared from detailed engineering stage from a worldwide procurement network.

Project and construction management are staffed by responsible managers, field superintendent, specialists and engineers highly experienced in plant construction work. The project will be closely coordinated with client, service providers and vendors. PT. Cahaya Elang Samudra believed it is essential during construction of plant to collectively plan and co-ordinate activities, as various type of work are performed concurrently and intricately with a set schedule.

During the commissioning period trial run will be carry out to verify plant performance based on prepared operation manuals.

PT. Cahaya Elang Samudra has a complete maintenance services setup well versed in plant maintenance work. In response to user need, Hi-Tech Marine can conduct various type of inspection and testing followed by periodic plant maintenance, modifications and repairs.
